I recently stayed at the Nashville writer's pad and was absolutely in heaven. A piano, guitar and good vibes were to be had here, I was able to write songs - write with friends and I didn't want to leave. I will always come stay here as this place is peaceful and charming and has everything I need for my music. It is close to downtown Nashville with a quick drive and I was able to get to all of the events that I needed to during CMA week. I highly recommend staying here and taking extra time to write, it is very inspirational and you will love it! Thank you so much Lacey I can't wait to come back in April!!

The home is beautifully decorated, with all types of instruments for musicians, a perfect setting to write and be creative or jamm with a few friends. The beds were luxurious and altra comfortable and the neighborhood was clean and quiet. This location is my new home away from home when visiting Nashville! The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. There is a great vibe that got the creative juices flowing. Super close to all but very peaceful neighborhood.  Such a great stay. Thank you for helping make my time in nashville fun, relaxing and stress free!

We were in Nashville for a comedy conference in Mt Juliet and it was an easy shot there and back every day. Heading downtown was also easy. The beds were super comfortable and our girlfriend slept on the sofa and had her longest sleep in on record - so I guess that was really comfortable too. It felt like walking into a home away from home thanks to all of the extra little touches, like hand soaps and granola bars. We will definitely be back! Thank you Thank you :)

The location was very close to just about everything we wanted to do while in Nashville. Even the places that were farther away were easily accessed by nearby major roads and interstates. The owner was very responsive and in touch. All the information provided regarding the property was accurate, detailed and quite easily accessed. I used the Home Away app on my phone which made accessing all pertinent information even more convenient. And the information on the app was so detailed, it became an invaluable resource during our stay. The property was clean, comfortable and well maintained with all necessities found where advertised. We felt we were at home rather than visiting a hotel.. I would definitely recommend giving this property very serious consideration when choosing an alternative to staying in a hotel.

Lacy's writers pad is the perfect place to stock up on a few groceries, settle in and create great music. I spent five days there writing and enjoying the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. I don't think I saw or heard a neighbor the entire time I was there. Lacy is a great musician and is really helpful with making your stay enjoyable and worry free. She has a piano and various acoustic instruments all over the house that are there for you to utilize and the main living room has excellent acoustics/natural reverb for recording demos. It's just off the beaten path enough to keep you from all the wonderful distractions Nashville has to offer, but is only a 5 minute Lyft ride to downtown and about 10 mins to east Nashville if you want to blow off some steam! I would definitely recommend Lacy's vintage home even if you aren't a musician and just want to spend time in Nashville. Now get out there and get those creative juices flowing!

I don't know where to start.....the house had everything we were looking for on our trip to Nashville. The decor, the kitchen, the beds and bedrooms, appliances.....many of the furnishings brought me down memory lane. It is easy to tell that the owner put a lot of thought into this house. I would definitely stay again. I loved the musical instruments too! Easy access to down town.....get the picture?
